  • Exact error message or screenshot.
  • Time and timezone when the issue started.
  • Steps to reproduce the problem.
  • For network issues, include ping, traceroute or MTR results from your location.
  • For performance issues, include CPU, memory, disk and relevant log output.

Do not include sensitive passwords in tickets unless specifically requested through a secure method.
